因为在备考GRE所以搞了这么个东西……是在再要你命3000基础上写的例句集。从现在开始如无意外我会每天更新25个词条，涉及的cp基本上欧美日漫盗墓笔记都有，感觉带点情节的例句会比较有助于记忆。我语法完全是野狐禅所以如果有错欢迎指正！如果能帮到其他备考的小伙伴就太好啦。

1. abandon 放纵；放弃；停止做某事

例句：

After thousands of times of failure, Charles finally abandoned his searching for Erik's soul.

在几千次失败后，Charles终于放弃了对Erik意识的寻找。

2. abase 降低（地位，威望或尊严）

例句：

"It's quite enough," Harry pins the young man's left shoulder in its place, "Stop abasing yourself, Eggsy."

“够了，”Harry按住那个年轻人的左肩，“别再侮辱你自己了，Eggsy。”

3. abash 使尴尬或羞愧

例句：

John stood at the door of his bedroom, stunned by the scene inside; Bane was still holding the shirt John has worn the day before, not being abashed even a little bit. 

John目瞪口呆地站在卧室门口，望着里面的景象；而Bane手里还拿着那件他穿过的衬衫，丝毫没有尴尬的意思。

4. abate 减轻，减少，停止

例句：

"You're still so young," Qi said this while he smiled to his pupil. It's a smile that abated from the second it occured. "Several years older, and you will find that there are others who also fit you." 

“你还年轻，”黑瞎子说这话的时候朝他的小徒弟笑了笑，笑容一瞬即逝。“再过几年，你就会发现，合适你的人不止我一个。”

5. abbreviate 缩写

例句：

After Sherlock's death John found his journal. It took the doctor a long time to finally open it, yet he only read a couple of sentences before he abandoned: Sherlock abbreviated so badly that it didn't make sense to him at all. 

Sherlock死后，John发现了他的一本笔记。医生犹豫了很久才把它翻开，却在读了两行后就放弃了：Sherlock用了大片他读不懂的缩写。

6. abdicate 正式放弃（权力、责任）

例句：

"I'm not the leader of my clan anymore, Wu Xie," Zhang Qiling stroked Wu's nape like he was comforting a frightened animal. "I abdicated two months ago." 

“我不再是张家族长了，吴邪。”张起灵慢慢地抚摸着吴邪的后颈，像是在安抚一只受惊的动物。“我两个月前就已经退位了。”

7. aberrant 异常的，畸变的

例句：

Spock's face was flushed with a light shade of green. "You are a human, Jim. I have sufficient reasons to believe that you will consider some of my organs aberrant."

Spock的脸上浮现出了轻微的绿色。“你是个人类，Jim。我有充分的理由推测你会认为我的某些器官是异常的。”

8. abet 帮助；怂恿；煽动（通常是负面行为）

例句：

Ariadne realized that she made a mistake. If Arthur found out it was her who abetted Eames with hiding 34 condoms and sex toys in their apartment...

Ariadne觉得自己犯了一个错误。如果Arthur发现是她帮着Eames在他们公寓里藏了34处安全套和小玩具的话……

9. abeyance 中止，搁置

例句：

韦伯清理自己的公寓时，发现录像机里面有一盘看了一半的军事录像带。他想了想，把带子放了回去。

Waver found a military vedio tape in abeyance in his VCR when he tried to clear his apartment. He considered for a few seconds, and put it back in.

10. abhor 极度厌恶

例句：

"If there is anything I abhor worse than your salmon shirt," Arthur rolled his eyes. "It's your impudence, Mr. Eames."

“如果说这个世界上有什么东西是让我觉得比你那件三文鱼色的衬衫还讨厌的，”Arthur翻了个白眼，“那就是你的寡廉鲜耻，Eames先生。”

11. abiding 永久的

例句：

"Although causes are still to be found, I do can feel the bond between us, Jim," Blair took a sip of his herb tea. "I don't know if it's abiding." 

“虽然还不清楚为什么，但我现在确实能感觉到和你的联结，Jim，”Blair端起药草茶喝了一口，“我不知道这是否是永久的。”

12. abject 无精打采的；处境凄凉的；卑微，讨好的

例句：

Fosco contemplated how did he become so abject; he decided to blame Reese and his employer. 

Fosco仔细想了想自己到底是怎么沦落到这种窘境的；然后他觉得这全都得怪Reese和他那个老板。

13. abjure 发誓放弃；抵制，避免

例句：

"Please abjure stalking Saitama Sensei," Genos glared at Sonic, who was on the roof. "You have been disturbing him." 

“请你保证不再跟踪埼玉老师，”杰诺斯怒瞪着屋顶上的索尼克，“你已经给老师造成了困扰。”

14. abnegate 否认；投降，交出（权力）

例句：

John confronted Bane in silence. He knew clearly that if he abnegate now, he wouldn't be able to make any decision in their relationship. 

John静静地与Bane对峙。他十分清楚，如果他现在放弃，那他以后都别想在他俩的事儿里做任何决定了。

15. abominate 憎恶

例句：

"I abominate those mages who sold themselves to demons," Fenris isn't even hiding his disapproval. "Yet I respect your decision, Hawke."

“我憎恶那些与恶魔交易的法师，”Fenris丝毫不掩饰他的不赞同。“但我尊重你的决定，Hawke。”

16. aboveboard 光明磊落的

例句：

Jason stared at the window, waiting for Nightwing to break in. Unexpectedly, the man just rang his buzzer aboveboard. 

Jason死死盯着窗户，等着夜翼翻进来。出乎他意料的是，对方光明正大地按了他的门铃。

17. abrade 磨损，精神上折磨

例句：

He opened the door with great vigilance, only to find Dick Grayson standing there, in an old T-shirt and a pair of abraded jeans.

他充满防备地打开门，看见Dick Grayson站在那儿，穿着一件旧T恤和磨破了的牛仔裤。

18. abrogate 正式废除；无视XX的存在

例句：

"Our alliance is abrogated," Batman announced with no passion. "We are not allies anymore, Superman." 

“我们的联盟到此为止了，”蝙蝠侠毫无感情地宣布。“我们不再是盟友了，超人。”

19. abscond 偷偷离开

例句：

"If you abscond again," Arthur admonished the forger in interval of the kiss. "You won't be connected to pasiv when I shoot your balls."  

“如果你再事后偷跑，”Arthur在接吻间隙警告伪装者，“我不会在打爆你的蛋之前给你连上pasiv。”

20. absolute 专制的；无限的；完美纯净的；确凿的

例句：

Wu looked at Zhang Qiling softly. It is the one who always shows absolute strength being forgotten by others that he is only a mortal.

吴邪静静地看着张起灵。他一向以绝强面貌示人，以至于很多人都忘了，这也不过是个凡人而已。

21. absolve 使无罪，解除责任

例句：

Eggsy listened to his announcement in confusion. "But Kingsman has absolved you."

"I can't absolve myself." Harry responded.  

Eggsy困惑地听着他的决定。“但Kingsman赦免你了。”

“而我不能赦免我自己。”Harry回答他。

22. abstain 自我克制，主动戒除

例句：

"We must abstain from sex during this job," Arthur admonished him.

"We will see," Eames smirked. 

“任务期间我们绝对不能胡搞，”Arthur告诫他。

“我们走着瞧。”Eames坏笑起来。

23. abstemious 有节制的（通常指饮食）；节约的

例句：

Finch sighed heavily. "When I told you that we need to be more abstemious, John, it's not an implication that you should loot arms from those Russians."

Finch重重地叹了口气。“John，当我跟你说我们需要节约一些的时候，并不是让你去从俄罗斯人手里抢武器。”

24. abstract 作总结；使分心

例句：

"Quit doing that, Jim," Blair glared at his sentinel. "I should submit this abstract tomorrow, and you've been keeping abstracting me!" 

“住手Jim，”Blair瞪着他的哨兵。“我明天要交掉这份摘要，而你一直在给我添乱！”

25. abstruse 难以理解的

例句：

Piccolo didn't really know which part of his words made his student weep. Human emotion is sometimes abstruse to him.

短笛不明白自己说了什么，会让他的学生哭起来。人类的感情有时候对他来说太难懂了。
